We are limiting early access because we onboard each company personally, work through your provider connections alongside you, and use your real data and operational requirements to shape the product roadmap. Application
The information you provide is used only to evaluate your application, prepare for your onboarding call, and configure your initial provider connections. We do not sell or share this data. We will contact you only about your application and the Zelaros product.
Process
A member of the Zelaros team reviews your application and confirms whether early access is a fit for your current provider stack and spend profile. If it is, you receive a calendar link to schedule a 20-minute onboarding call. If it is not a fit yet, we will tell you why and let you know when to reapply.
The 20-minute onboarding call covers your provider stack, your primary visibility goals, and the billing API credentials you will need to have ready. Most companies complete their initial provider connections during this call or within 24 hours afterward. You do not need Engineering on the call unless you want to.
Your Zelaros dashboard is live with real data from your connected providers. You see your unified spend view, historical trend data, and the model-level and team-level breakdowns available from your billing APIs. The 30-day pilot period begins from this date. At day 30, we have a brief review call and discuss your transition to a paid plan.
Data Security
Zelaros accesses billing API data only. This means cost totals, model-level usage breakdowns, API key identifiers, and seat utilization data for SaaS tools, depending on what each provider exposes through its billing API. We do not access prompt content, model outputs, completion data, conversation history, or any data your users send to or receive from your AI providers. The content of your AI interactions is not visible to us and never will be.
